Return Process

  1. To begin the return process, please contact our Customer Support Representative (CSR) via WhatsApp at +923167067088. Our CSR will guide you through the return process.
  2. We recommend creating a short video of the product being securely packed and sharing it with your order number on WhatsApp. For smaller items, this step is optional but ensures transparency in case of damage claims.
  3. Upon verification of the video, our Customer Service Representative will provide you with the return address. Once shipped, please share the courier's tracking details with our CSR for reference.
  4. Upon receiving the returned item, we will conduct a Quality Check (QC) which may take up to 2 business days.
  5. Our CSR will keep you informed at every stage of the return process.

Refund Process

  1. If the item passes the quality check, we will initiate the refund process.
  2. For security reasons, refunds will be processed to the same account that was used for the original payment. We are unable to make exceptions to this policy.
  3. Once the quality check is successfully completed, we aim to process the refund as quickly as possible and appreciate your patience. Refunds may take up to 3 business days, with the entire process—from receiving the return to disbursement—requiring up to 5 business days.

Easy Exchange Policy

If you purchase an item from our online store and wish to initiate an exchange for any reason, you may do so within 14 days of purchase. You can select a new product from our collection and complete the exchange.

Terms and Conditions

  1. The exchange will be honoured at 100% of the invoice amount.
  2. For processing exchanges, customers are responsible for covering all associated shipping and handling costs.
  3. For exchanges processed online, any charges incurred during the original transaction, such as credit card processing fees or payment gateway provider fees, will be deducted from the exchange amount. These charges are non-refundable as they are imposed by third-party financial service providers, not by Gold Bank.
  4. All exchanged items will undergo a quality check by our Quality Check (QC), which may take up to 2 business days.
  5. Each purchase is eligible for a single exchange to ensure smooth processing.
  6. Partial exchanges of ornaments are not permitted.
  7. The item being exchanged must be returned in its original condition, along with the original invoice and any accompanying certificates, documents, accessories, or packaging.
  8. The value of the returned item will be adjusted against the price of the newly selected product. Any difference in price must be covered by the customer. If the new product costs less, the balance will be refunded by Gold Bank.
  9. You may only initiate an exchange once. Multiple exchange requests for the same purchase will not be accepted.
  10. Exchanges can be processed either through our website or at our physical store.

Process of Exchange from the Website

To initiate an exchange online, please contact our Customer Support Representative (CSR) via WhatsApp at +923167067088. Our CSR will guide you through the following steps:

  1. Browse our website and choose the item you wish to receive in exchange for the previously purchased product.
  2. Communicate your selected item to our CSR, who will confirm its availability and provide the price listed on the website.
  3. Upon confirmation, ship the original product to the address provided by the CSR.
  4. Once received, the product will undergo a quality check. If the item does not pass the QC, or if any accessories, documents, or invoices are missing, you will be notified. The item will either be returned to you or held until the missing items are provided.
  5. If the QC is passed, the price of the new item will be assessed.
    • If the new item costs more, the customer will be asked to make an additional payment before the product is dispatched.
    • If the new item costs less, the balance will be refunded within 3 business days.
  6. The new product will be shipped to your address.

Process of Exchange from Our Store

You may also choose to complete an exchange directly at our store. The process is as follows:

  1. Bring the item along with its invoice, packaging, and all accompanying accessories.
  2. Our team will verify the product and conduct a quality check. We kindly ask for your patience during this process.
  3. Once the quality check is complete, you may select a new item and complete the exchange at the store.

0% Deduction Jewellery Exchange Policy

Gold Bank allows customers to exchange jewellery purchased from our store or website for a different item, even beyond 14 days, including months or years later.

Terms and Conditions

  1. Customers can exchange jewellery without any deduction under the 0% Deduction Policy.
  2. The exchanged item will be valued at its original invoice price.
  3. The new item will be priced according to the prevailing gold rate.
  4. Once received, the product will undergo a quality check. If the item does not pass the QC, or if any accessories, documents, or invoices are missing, you will be notified. The item will either be returned to you or held until the missing items are provided.
  5. In the case of a damaged item being exchanged, a deduction of approximately 20% may be applied to the invoice price. However, the exact deduction may vary based on the extent of the damage.
  6. To avail of the 0% deduction policy, we kindly request customers to visit our store.
  7. Customers must bring all necessary accessories, the original invoice, and any accompanying documentation when exchanging the item.

Guaranteed Buyback

If you have purchased jewellery from us and wish to sell it back, we would be happy to buy it from you.

Terms and Conditions

  1. Original Purchase Buyback: Customers looking to sell jewellery originally purchased from Gold Bank will receive a buyback price based on the original invoice price, minus a 20% deduction.
  2. Current Gold Rate Buyback: Customers may choose to sell their jewellery based on the current gold rate, subject to the following deductions:
    • A 15%-20% deduction on the net weight of the item.
    • A 30% deduction on the diamond price (if applicable).
  3. The following costs are non-refundable in a current gold rate buyback:
    • Manufacturing charges
    • Stone charges
    • Lacquer charges
  4. Excluded Items: Gold Bank does not buy back Palladium, Platinum, or Kundan jewellery.
  5. Damaged Jewellery Buyback: A 25% deduction will apply to the invoice price for any buyback involving damaged jewellery, regardless of the original purchase method.

Product Disclaimer

  1. Accuracy of Product Images and Descriptions Gold Bank strives to provide accurate product images and descriptions. However, minor differences between website images and actual products may occur due to additional embellishments used during photoshoots. Colour variations might also result from lighting conditions or your device’s display settings.
  2. Product Information and Customer Responsibility We ensure that all product details, including size, weight, karats, and associated charges, are accurately provided on our website. Customers are encouraged to carefully review this information before making a purchase.
  3. Natural Stones and Variations Diamonds and gemstones used in our jewellery are naturally occurring, and as such, slight variations in colour, inclusions, or characteristics are considered normal and contribute to the uniqueness of each piece.
  4. Lifetime Maintenance Policy Gold Bank offers a lifetime maintenance policy covering complimentary polishing and cleaning. However, any damage resulting from wear and tear, accidents, or misuse is not included. Repair services are available at a nominal cost based on an assessment by our Quality Department.
  5. Authenticity Certificate and Invoice Each piece of jewellery comes with an authenticity certificate and invoice, which must be retained for any future queries, exchanges, or maintenance services.
