After Sales Policy
- 20% amount deduction from invoice price.
- If customer wants to apply current gold rate then 15-20% will be deducted from net gold weight and 30% will be deducted from diamond price(making, stone, lacquer charges non refundable).
- 35% amount deduction from invoice price if item is damaged.
- Palladium, Platinum & kundan jewellery non refundable.
Exchange Policy
- Jewellery can be exchanged at full invoice amount from available stock.
- 20% deduction from invoice amount in case of Make to Order.
- Current gold rate will be applied on new Jewellery at the time of exchange.
- 25% deduction from invoice amount if item is damaged (in case of available stock).
- 35% deduction from invoice amount if item is damaged (in case of Make to Order).
Repair Policy
- Polishing and stone fixing are free of cost.
- In case of damaged jewellery, amount will be charged as per jewellery condition.
- Customers are requested to check jewellery before collecting.
- Shop will not be responsible for any damage after collection.
